The Terrace of Daytona Bch. has partnered with Select Rehabilitation, a nationwide therapy provider, to focus on delivering comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapy services. Select Rehabilitation including skilled nursing facilities, acute care hospitals, sub acute care centers, and outpatient centers.
Select Rehabilitation works with the physician to develop a customized treatment plan for every patient. To assist the patient in achieving their highest functional level, involvement from each patient and their families is incorporated to establish meaningful goals.
